As we promised at the beginning of 2020, this year was going to be full of new products and exciting surprises! After launching three limited edition colorways of the SWITCH, a brand new vape pen - Stella, and tons of fun, new SWITCH accessories, we’re excited to bring another new device to the market! This November, we are thrilled to announce the release of the Boost’s next generation - the Dr. Dabber Boost EVO - available in Eclipse Black and Moon White.

Originally launching in 2015, the Boost was the very first e-rig on the market (we actually coined and trademarked the term “e-rig” with the launch of the Boost). Then updated in 2017 as the Boost: Black Edition, the Boost created an entirely new market of water filtered electric dab rigs that simply did not exist before. The complex marriage of technology and traditional glass blowing was an instant hit with the cannabis market, quickly becoming one of the most talked about innovations in the vaporizer space. Naturally, this led to countless copycats and spin-offs… which is always flattering. The Boost: Black Edition had quickly proven to be our best-selling vaporizer, but competing in an ever-changing industry means constant innovation, and the original has now evolved...

What’s Different About Boost EVO?

The Dr. Dabber Boost EVO has been painstakingly built from the ground up, incorporating proprietary technology, with one goal in mind: the perfect dab.

Achieving the perfect dab every single time you use your vaporizer is a metric that is often overlooked, but most vaporizers on the market have little or no temperature control, calibrated to continuously heat up until a certain point in time when it cuts off. This leads to a ridiculous variance in the temperature you are dabbing at, which doesn’t make sense to us. The Boost EVO has a patent pending temperature control sensor built in. This means that when you are dialed in, you are DIALED IN. With six heat settings that have been calibrated with the help of customer feedback from tens of thousands of Boost users, you can rely on your Boost EVO to be consistent every single time.

Pair that technology with a custom quartz dish, interchangeable glass, spectacular RGB ambient lighting and surprisingly long battery life for such a portable device, the Dr. Dabber Boost EVO is truly the next generation of the eRig. Boost EVO is a completely different vaporizer from the Boost: Black Edition, in terms of design, functionality, and components. Aside from the obvious changes - an upgraded exterior accompanied by a new, highly portable and reliable carrying case, perfect for everyday use, easy storage, and traveling - Boost EVO comes with a full kit, providing everything you’ll need for vaporizing your favorite oils. The contents include the Boost EVO e-rig, a Quartz Atomizer, a Glass Water Attachment, USB-C Charger, Quick Connect Adapter, and Loading Tool.

Boost EVO features a completely floating atomizer with a built in vaporization cup and heating element. No assembly is required on your part. The floating atomizer allows for more direct heat being sent to the vaporization cup, resulting in reduced heating times and improved temperature control. There is also a built in temperature sensor within the heating element, for accurate feedback and additional temperature control. Between the combination of the floating atomizer, sealed atomizer design, and built-in temperature sensor, Boost EVO’s atomizer is revolutionary in the cannabis industry, and truly one-of-a-kind.

We designed Boost EVO to be used with one, simple button, for easy and convenient operation. With this one button, you can adjust the heat settings and control the lights of the unit. Boost EVO features six heat settings, ranging from 500-750° Fahrenheit. Specifically calibrated by Dr. Dabber’s expert team, and based on feedback from tens of thousands of previous Boost customers, these heat settings are suitable to handle both CBD and THC concentrates.

Remember how convenient the Snaptech magnetic attachments were with the Dr. Dabber Aurora (and again with Stella)? During Boost EVO’s development stages, we took the same concept and applied it here. Much like the Aurora & Stella, Boost EVO features both a magnetic quick connect adapter, allowing for easy removal when loading concentrate materials, and a magnetic atomizer for easy removal and insertion. The magnetic quick connect adapter sits between the atomizer and the glass percolator. Designed with a built in silicone seal, swapping out glass attachments is convenient and easy. The adapter is also manufactured with a built in air valve that, when pressed, helps clear the vapor chamber.

Now, let’s talk about the battery. Boost EVO uses a 3,400 mAh power cell with built in protection against over voltage and short circuits. This feature makes the unit not only safer, but significantly helps with preserving battery life. Like the Dr. Dabber SWITCH and Stella, Boost EVO features pass through charging! This means you can literally use the device WHILE it’s charging.
